Compression and Flexural Testing Press
Our presses for testing hardened cement/mortar can be supplied in several versions.
Normally, a combined press for compression and flexural testing is used, but other separate models can also be supplied.
Equipment for mortar testing can be delivered in different configurations, depending on what you need to test and the load range required.
Commonly requested load range: 100–300 kN / 10–30 kN.
The presses feature a very stable and heavy-duty frame with accuracy in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7500-1, Class 1.
The compression and flexural testing presses can be supplied with automatic load increase via digital control. This system uses a servo valve in a closed-loop system, comparing nominal and actual values. Force measurement is carried out via an electronic load cell that is insensitive to shear forces.
E-modulus equipment can be supplied as an option.
We supply presses from, among others, Form+Test and Matest.
