Compression Testing Machines for Testing Hardened Concrete
Concrete compression testing machines for testing cubes in accordance with NS-EN 12390 Testing of hardened concrete.
The concrete compression press is approved in accordance with Norwegian Standard NS-EN 12390-4 and can normally be used for testing according to NS-EN 12390-3 Compressive strength.
The concrete press is supplied in a 2000 kN version for testing cubes of 100 x 100 x 100 mm.
For testing larger cube dimensions 150 x 150 x 150 mm, higher strengths, or cylinders, a 3000 kN machine can for example be used.
Quality control: Presses are used in laboratories and on construction sites to ensure that the concrete meets required standards and specifications.
Research and development: Concrete presses are also important in research environments to develop new concrete mixes and improve existing materials.
- The test frame has a very stable 4-column construction (no welded frame) with manufacturer certification for stability and force distribution on the frame and spherical head in accordance with the standard.
- Automatic control of loading rate and unloading after failure.
- Simple and fast operation via a full-color touchscreen and 5-point keypad.
- Easy storage of test results on a USB memory stick or SD card.
- The display is equipped with 1 × USB port, 1 × SD port, and LAN/Ethernet connection (UTM software required).
- Supplied with manufacturer certificate and calibrated prior to delivery from our warehouse.
